  • These terms regulate the rules of international cargo transportation and freight forwarding services between the forwarder and the client (customer).
  • The company’s activities are based on applicable legislation and international logistics standards, including Incoterms 2000/2010.
  • Services include international transportation in all directions: by land, sea, air, and rail.

Communication and Agreement:

2.1 Official communication channels include email or any other written form (WhatsApp, Viber, etc., excluding Messenger) where parties correspond by agreement

2.2 Confirmations and instructions received through these channels are considered official legally binding notifications

2.3 The agreement is concluded between the parties based on the customer’s written request.

The forwarder is obliged to:
– Organize transportation using agreed transport, tariffs, and timelines
– Provide technically sound transport at the agreed time and place
– Immediately inform the customer of any delays during transportation
The customer is obliged to:
– Provide complete and accurate cargo information before shipment (weight, volume, ADR, etc.)
– Ensure cargo is packed and loaded according to international standards
– Provide all necessary accompanying documents (invoice, certificate, declaration, etc.)
2.4 The customer must ensure proper and safe packaging of cargo according to international standards. Depending on the cargo type, durable packaging (including wooden crates) is recommended to prevent damage during transport and handling.

Tarrifs and Payment:

3.1 Payments are made in national currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the payment day

3.2 The customer must fully pay for services before cargo release or unloading

3.3 In case of late payment, a penalty of 0.5% per overdue day is charged on the principal amount

Demurrage:

4.1 Free waiting time for loading/unloading or at customs terminals is 2 days (excluding Sunday)

4.2 After this period, demurrage fees are calculated individually based on actual costs (typically 100–200 USD/EUR, but may be higher)

Cargo Receipt and Damage:

5.1 Visible damage: If external damage is identified at receipt (customs/terminal), the customer must not start unloading/loading and must immediately notify the forwarder

5.2 Inspection must be conducted in the presence of the forwarder’s representative

Cargo insurance:

6.1 Cargo insurance is not included in the transportation tariff. The customer may insure cargo at their own expense. The forwarder’s liability is limited to international convention standards. Prohibited Cargo:

7.1 Without prior agreement, the following are prohibited: liquids, powders, military-related items (e.g., drones), branded goods without proper licensing

8.1 The company operates with transparency, integrity, and high professional ethics, ensuring fair consideration of customer interests
